When we open the diaper, we will see some embossed nonwoven on the surface layer of the diaper, that is, a series of tiny concave and convex patterns are formed on the surface material of the diaper through special processing technology. The comfort and quality of diapers are often inseparable from the embossing process of their surface layer. The embossing design process of the surface layer of diapers of different brands is different, but it is all to help the surface layer to perform better.
1. What is 3D embossed nonwoven?
The embossed surface layer is composed of two layers of hot air non-woven fabrics. The lower layer mainly acts as a guide layer, which can quickly diffuse urine to both sides; the upper layer is directly 3D embossed on the surface layer online by using the production line, forming soft and fluffy small bulges, and there is air in the bulges, which is the embossed surface layer we see.
2. What are the advantages of "embossed surface layer"?
There are evenly distributed small bulges on the 3D embossed nonwoven. The top of the bulge contacts the baby's skin, which can reduce the contact area between the baby's buttocks and the diaper, thereby reducing the irritation of the skin by urine. When the small bulges are squeezed, air flow can be formed between the skin and the diaper, which can make the baby feel comfortable and dry even in a relatively hot environment, and can effectively reduce the problem of red buttocks caused by hot and stuffy. The grooves in the surface layer can speed up the diversion speed, increase softness, and better lock soft stools.
