Detailed Introduction

Baby diapers generally have a four-layer structure:
1. Topsheet: it is made of non woven fabric, directly in contact with the baby's skin, receiving urine and transferring it to the next layer;
2. Acquisition Distribution Layer : it is made of non woven fabric, evenly transferring urine received by the surface layer to the absorption layer;
3. Absorption layer: a core structure made of a mixture of super absorbent polymer (SAP) and fluff pulp, and also a pure core structure (without fluff pulp), which is the most important functional layer in diapers and is used to absorb and store urine;
4. Bottom layer: made of PE film or breathable film + non woven fabric, breathable and waterproof, the main function is to prevent urine leakage.
