PE breathable film is made by adding about 50% of special calcium carbonate to LDPE/LLDPE polyethylene resin carrier for blending, extruding and directional stretching at a certain ratio. Since polyethylene resin is a thermoplastic plastic material, it can be stretched and crystallized under certain conditions. When stretching, the interface between the polymer and the calcium carbonate particles is peeled off, and interconnected winding pores or channels are formed around the calcium carbonate particles. It is these pores and channels that give the film the breathable (wet) function, thereby communicating the environment on both sides of the film.
