There are two main types of breathable textile backsheet for diapers: central breathable composite film and fully composite breathable composite film.
Central breathable composite film are a special breathable material that is mainly used in the middle part of diapers to improve the breathability and comfort of diapers. This film is designed to reduce the time that urine is in direct contact with the skin, thereby reducing the risk of eczema and other skin problems. Central breathable composite film are usually made of multiple layers of materials, including non-woven fabrics and breathable film, and the combination of these materials ensures that the diapers are dry and comfortable.
Printing breathable PE film full laminated spunbond nonwoven textile backsheet TBS are materials that cover the entire bottom of the diaper with a breathable film. This design is designed to provide better breathability and waterproofness, ensuring that urine does not penetrate the skin, while also keeping the skin dry. Fully composite breathable composite films are usually made of polyolefin materials, which are stretched at high times to create pores, thereby achieving breathability and moisture conduction. This design can effectively reduce the problem of urine leakage and provide better comfort and protect the skin from irritation.
